Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT) commissioned us to create a commemorative logotype and visual campaign to celebrate their 20th year in Vietnam. To mark such a momentous milestone, we collaborate with RMIT creative team closely to roll out a generative and dynamic logotype system that is comprised of modules derived from RMIT’s existing brand elements.
Described as a graphic transfiguration, the logomark and following identity signify a new, transformative era of RMIT in Vietnam, based on its foundation of innovation and community. In addition, the team also built a set of software that generates both the dynamic logo and the incorporating graphical patterns to be used by the internal departments of the institution.
The computer-generated asset was then applied to a multitude of applications, including digital and environmental graphics that echoes and amplifies the celebratory spirit of such a major milestone.
